Sunteck Realty Launches Pen-Khopoli Residential Project
Sunteck Realty has acquired approximately 110 acres on the Pen-Khopoli Road in Maharashtra under a joint development agreement (JDA) strategy. The project marks the developer's expansion into second-home and extended-stay residential markets beyond its core Mumbai metropolitan footprint.

The site has direct access to Pen-Khopoli main road and is located close to Pen city. Khopoli sits at a strategic intersection of regional infrastructure. The town is located in the Khalapur taluka of Raigad district, at the base of the Sahyadri mountains. Khopoli is strategically located on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, making it easily accessible from both Mumbai and Pune, and is also well-connected to major cities like Navi Mumbai and Thane. Khopoli Railway Station connects directly to Mumbai and Pune.
Infrastructure and Market Context
Infrastructure in Khopoli has been improving rapidly, with development of modern amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and entertainment centers. Infrastructure projects like the Navi Mumbai International Airport, the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link and expressway connectivity are expected to drive land value appreciation.
