Sunteck Realty incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Eminara Realty Private Limited and Eminara Lifespace Private Limited, on June 20, 2026. The move also includes Eminara Buildcon Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary to conduct construction and real estate activities.
Capital Subscription and Structure
The company subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each in both entities, amounting to ₹1,00,000 per subsidiary. The Certificate of Incorporation for both entities was issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Central Registration Centre, and was made available on the ministry's website on June 22, 2026.
Operational Purpose
This strategic move aims to bolster the company's presence in the construction and real estate sectors. The new subsidiary, fully funded through cash subscription, gives Sunteck 100 percent control, enhancing its flexibility and focus in managing future real estate projects and growth.
