Sunteck Realty Submits Q3 FY26 Monitoring Agency Report Confirming ₹125 Crore Deployment from Preferential Warrant Proceeds with Zero Deviations

Sunteck Realty Q3 Report Confirms Disciplined Capital Deployment

Sunteck Realty Limited submitted its Q3 FY26 monitoring agency report showing utilization of INR 125.00 crores from its preferential warrant issue proceeds. The report, prepared by India Ratings & Research Private Limited, provides a comprehensive overview of fund utilization and project progress.

Fund Allocation and Land Acquisition

The funds were deployed for land acquisition activities, including INR 96.87 crores for acquiring 100% equity stake in a land-owning entity. The monitoring agency found no deviations from stated objectives, with all three project categories remaining on-going as per the 18-month implementation timeline.

Warrant Issue Background

The convertible warrants issue was launched during 28th November, 2025 to 5th December, 2025, with a total issue size of INR 499.99 crores. As of 31st March, 2026, the company has received a total of INR 136.25 crores from the warrant issue. The receipt pattern shows INR 125.00 crores received in the previous quarter as upfront consideration (25% of warrant value at INR 106.25 per warrant), while INR 11.25 crores was received during Q4FY26 for 3,52,941 convertible warrants at Rs.

Regulatory Compliance Framework

The report, prepared by India Ratings & Research Private Limited under SEBI regulations and a monitoring agreement signed in September 2025, has been filed with the stock exchanges for record-keeping and regulatory compliance. The filing underscores the company's adherence to SEBI's disclosure and monitoring framework for capital-raising activities, particularly around preferential issues. By disclosing how the preferential issue proceeds are being monitored and utilized, Sunteck aims to maintain transparency with regulators and investors, which can support stakeholder confidence in its governance and capital allocation practices.

Future Fund Deployment

The remaining warrant conversion proceeds of INR 374.99 crores will provide additional resources for completing the stated objectives over the coming months. With no unutilized proceeds requiring temporary deployment and clear progress on land acquisition activities, the company appears to be executing its expansion strategy as planned.
